I can't find anything about mlm 2002 sl espania. Why?

I have been contacted...and I think it isn't a mlm business, but a piramidal scheme to get money out from other countries, like mine...you have to recrute 3 persones and invest your money in a product, a book named Personal development course.This is ilegal in our country,the law clearly states that publications or courses may not be sold through mlm system...
