How can I hide a question so that I don't keep getting emails from multi-level-marketing teams?

I asked where I can buy Xocai chocolate and now I am getting emails from people trying to sell me the whole business. I want to hide the question - or delete it - or prevent anyone from sending me emails. Help me!

1. I hate this also, I think you can go into your profile, and change your settings, they won't send you all this crap. Or change your email....................
2. Click on the green tab My Profile and reset your profile to not accepts IM's or emails!
3. You can't delete it once there have been answers, unfortunately. And I don't see any way that you can hide it. You just have to keep sending them to spam and maybe adjust your spam controls.
