Has anyone out there been involved with Multi Level Marketing?

What was your experience? Who where you with? How long did it take you to make money? What is the best one? (If you think there is one)

5. Don't waste your time. Very few people make money from these programs. You will spend a lot of your own money that will go to people at the top of the pyramid and just piss off all your friends that you have to annoy by trying to get them to join...
6. yes...it is a pain in the butt and you get hassled to do high pressure sales
7. My landlord is with Amway (now called Quixtar) and he is doing very well for himself. He just got back from a free trip to Las Vegas yesterday. He said it took a good 7-8 years for him to make really good money though. He gets all kinds of free vacations and rewards.
8. If you're not on the top you aren't going to be making money. Here is a tip, especially when looking for a job in the business/marketing Field. If the person who is hiring talks up about how much money you can make, and makes that the focus of his speech then you are likely walking into a scam. Do not get involved with these, the work is degrading and the paychecks are unreliable. Alot of these companies spring up briefly, stay in business until enough people catch on, close down and then pop up with a new name. There are better more legitimate jobs out there, don't lower yourself to these levels.
