How much would a programmer charge to set up an MLM website?

Just curious. I have a cool MLM idea, and wondering how much it would cost to get a professional website, needs to have a back office and be regenerating, like most MLM's. Also are there any templates that can be used to make the set up less expensive?

1. For a professional, maintained, durable website you're looking at paying hundreds, maybe thousands for design and upkeep. Try going to a company that you can meet face to face with, but also being professional at the same time. Your local city possibly.
