Sorry to say, but that's pretty much wishful thinking. Personal contact, whether by phone or in face-to-face meetings, is all but a necessity for building up almost any sort of business. While you can do a lot by email, the personal touch will always be needed to some extent.
If you are not a people person-do not go into business for yourself. If you do, hire someone who can do the calls/cold calls for you **with a smile.
It would be wishful thinking to think that you would not have to have some form of communication. There are many ways to build a business without cold calling or harassing your warm market.
