MLM Script and MLM Software

I have a life/health licens and a licnese to do mortgages,what is a good source of products to offer?

I got some licienses in a financial MLM company, but I do not like the marketing style of how they get leads and would personally nenver purchase the products; so where would i look for getting into marketing mortgages at a competitive rate as well as life and health products and also be self employed other than MLM opps like Primerica/ World Financial Group etc ... I live in GA
