- The ability to recruit people to help you market your program. To bring excitement to your group and make them feel that they are special and no one can stop them from being successful.
- Actually, I disagree with One's answer. One single most important element in succeeding in MLM is mastering communication skills, especially in training. If you fail to train your downlines to bring them to your motivational level, you will never succeed in MLM. Getting people excited about the opportunity is a very short sighted method, because once they realize working in MLM industry requires constant training and skills to earn money, they will quit very easily.

- There are a few major componenets to becoming successful in network marketing. 1. You must have an excellent team, that is giving you coaching that fits your persona (for example: if you do not like doing belly to bellt marketing recruiting family and friends, then you should DEFINATELY stay away from uplines who push this. Most do, and you need to find the ones that don't.) 2. Is your ability to find good leads, i.e. people to talk to. Now, if you are not smart, you can lose a fortune on buying bogus leads so, here's a secret. You must either buy leads that are exclusive to YOU and YOUR opportunity alone, not shared with other people. These can sometimes be hard to find, but they are out there. You can also learn to advertise to a target market. This can be tricky, and you have to know how to do it just right. I'll be honest with you as well. It can sometimes be expensive. If you set a budget, and stick to it, changing things that you have done incorrectly,and getting advice from proven trainers in your subject matter. You can eventually see some really good results. 3. You have to have a good script. You must also practice and memorize your script. If it is no good, you will not make money. If your upline is not giving you this script, think of it this way. If you were the person being sold to, what about your opportunity attracted you the most. Again, this takes time, patience and some tweeking befoore it is perfect. 4. Call, Call, Call!! In order to sign up large sums of people, it takes execution of tactics over the phone. I have found that you can add soooo many more people to your organization by simply answering incoming phonecalls, and calling people who have requested my information than going to any meeting with warm market. Remember that this is a numbers game, and you will only be successful after consistent doing and patience. There is more, but I have to go. Listen. I've been where you have, and I am still building my business. These are simply things that have worked for me in the past, and I figured that I could share them with you to help you out.
