1. I think it is a rip-off. Things are OK until you run out of friends to peddle merchandise or dealerships to.
2. It's no different to having a job. You're still working hard to make money for someone else. When you look closely at the terms of some MLM companies, you have to work very hard indeed to make anything for yourself. Tried it in the past and would not touch it ever again.
