2. sounds like a pyramid scam where you have three ppl who have three ppl and so on and you get a percentage of what your ppl make and what your ppl's ppl make. it is hard to pull off and you need a lot of numbers to make some money so goodluck

MLM is a simple concept where instead of the company paying big dollars to an advertising company, instead they choose to use the best, most efficient and reliable method of advertising their product ---- it is called WORD OF MOUTH. The concept has been around for over 50 years. Just like any company or business model, there have been good ones and not so good ones. The best ones will have these factors: easy to understand compensation plan, easy to duplicate processes, beyond reproach founders, consumable product, low start-up costs and NO garage inventory required. This arrangement is similar to franchise arrangements where royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchisor as well as to an area or region manager. Commissions are paid to multi-level marketing distributors according to the company’s compensation plan. There can be multiple levels of people receiving royalties from one person's sales.
