I am in a Network Marking Business and I am having trouble with it?

I belong to IGNITE powered by Stream Energy which is a MLM (Multi Level Marketing) and I am having trouble in the town I live in people can change their electric service but my town has a invisible cover over it nothing can get in or out and everyone is closed minded how can I get these people to actually sit down and listen to the information without running and saying NO !!! when they see me walking down the street.
