Is it required to have an FTC certification for the MLM companies?

this question is specifically asked keeping in view of the progress of eBiz company...i wanted to know whether the company should have an FTC certification or not?

2. If I recall your earlier question on eBiz.com and their possible activities of MLM in relation to India, there is no requirement to have FTC kind of certification for the MLM companies. FTC is not obligatory in India. Because of lack of stringent laws in India about MLM business, such companies are thriving and making fool of innocent and casual people. Though there are many existing sufficient laws in India, the ignorance on the part of people to avail such protections make them suffer regularly. Without commenting on anyone's business, it would be prudent on the part of one and all to take due care and if necessary, seek professional help and guidance.
