I'm looking for a MLM business that compliance with Syariah Law?

Can anyone explain what is MLM that is compliance with Syariah Law?

1. Ah, that is a very good question. I personally have not heard of ANY MLM that has any sort of approval from a Sharia council or even a Sharia scholar, but that may be because I had not looked very deeply. I would suggest you look into an OLD MLM, such as Amway first. If any one have any sort of "approval" it would almost *have* to be Amway, the grand-daddy of all MLMs. Keep in mind that many MLMs are actually pseudo-MLM scams, i..e. pyramid scheme. Recently, there was a blogger / commentator in Brunei that raised the question: was TVI Express "halal", i.e. compliant with Sharia law? I can tell you that TVI Express does NOT, because it is a scam, but finding real reviews about it is hard because its members have spammed the net with fake reviews telling lies, and that is surely against sharia. (And I apologize if I gave the wrong impression. I am NOT Muslim. Jika ahli berdaftar menyertai MLM dengan yuran tertentu, tetapi tiada sebarang produk untuk diniagakan, perniagaannya hanyalah dengan mencari orang bawahanya (downline), setiap kali ia mendapat ahli baru, maka diberikan beberapa peratus dari yuran ahi tersebut kepadanya. 4. Terdapat juga syarikat MLM yang melakukan manipulasi dalam menjual produknya, atau memaksa pembeli untuk menggunakan produknya atau yang dijual adalah barang haram. Maka MLM tersebut jelas keharamannya. Namun tidak semua MLM begini, cuma sebahagianya sahaja. 5. Terdapat juga unsur mirip "shafqatayn fi shafqah", atau bay'atayn fi bay'ah, (iaitu dua aqad jenis jual beli dalam satu) yang dilarang oleh Baginda SAW. 3. hi MLM or network marketing is a business model ,is a way to distribute a product from the manufacture to the end user , a more traditional business model like Gillette ,coca cola etc... choose to distribute their products trough a chain of agencies ex: manufacture comp ---Wholesaler----- national agencies ----retailer millions spend in advertising and then the end user so mlm dont use middle men to answer if if we know of any MLM business that is in compliance with Syariah Law i dont know but i know that Forever Living Products they have their products certified halal and another comp is freelife international .i hope that answer your question best regards Gabriel
