- MLM is a great business concept but you need to work hard in order to build big organization. unfortunately there are no auto pilot or miracles but there are methods that could help you build your organization faster. "Magnetic Sponsoring" is a great course that teach how to build your MLM business using the internet. I would recommend you to watch the following 7 free videos: http://bnir.magneticsponsoringonline.com Here you can get good eBook about MLM New Method for free: http://mlm-new-method.com/wp/
- If you truly want long term success in MLM then recruiting in person is the way to go. MLM is a people business. It's about building people, developing leaders and building relationships. If you do that successfully your business will grow long term and will put itself on "autopilot". I may be able to recruit 30 people a week, but I can't personally work with that many to get them started off on the right foot and support them as I need to. As a result must will quit and decide MLM is a scam. By building relationships and supporting those who need it and developing those relationships I insure long term success. Those people won't feel like they are going at it alone and they won't give up when things get tough. I'm not saying don't buy leads or find creative ways of finding them, just keep your focus where it needs to be. There is no "autopilot". There are a lot of dowline building systems out there. Many of them were created by people who don't even have MLM experience. Some are successful internet marketers, but their methods aren't the best for MLM. Also, many of them require you to promote the "system" for it to work. As a result you are taking the focus off of your MLM business and focusing on promoting the system which will take time and money. You really aren't saving any time or getting any more leads that you would the "old fashion way". Any good MLM company will have a system in place to teach you how to build the business. The company and your upline know best how to build that particular business, so it is pointless to deviate from that and use a system that some alleged guru is trying to sell you. There is no magical formula to MLM. It's simply following a simple, duplicatable system and teaching others to do the same.
- Let me tell it to you straight. I was involved in and around the MLM industry for over 10 years both online and offline. The truth is, growing a business is hard and joining an MLM company like Shaklee doesn't guarantee you anything. My dad has been a rep with Shaklee since the 80's and I think maybe he's made a few hundred dollars in almost 30 years. I have built websites, blogged, done article marketing, PPC and a number of other things to promote my online business, per the Network Marketing industry, and have had little success. This is not to discourage you, but it's the truth. Automating your business, hence bringing it online is the smart way to do it, but I want to be honest with you, it's going to take a lot of hard work, time and dedication - there are no short cuts. After somewhat finding myself burned out with MLM I've decided to take a different approach with Internet Marketing/ Affiliate Marketing. This business model makes perfect sense to me because there are no autoships, recruiting or wondering whether or not people are going to stick around. If you are serious about making money online and perhaps making a living eventually, I would like you to check out the Warrior Forum - just type it into Google and you'll find it. This forum is filled to the rim with valuable information on building a business. I hope you check it out, if not best of luck with your business and I hope you find what you're looking for.
