Multi Level Marketing Companies Knowledge Base
United Pro Media! Does anyone know about this multi-level marketing company. Risks? Safe? Any info please? This is a new venture in to western canada. I am told it is big in the USA and eastern canada. It is multi-level marketing, looks kind of like a pyrmaid, but am told it is not. It is investing in a company and their advertising market. You do not sell the products, but promote them and in turn you then have a home based business and therefore tax deductions. If anyone is familiar with this or has any information on United Pro media it would be appreciated
Has anyone ever joined one of those multi-level marketing (pyramid) companies, and actually made money ??? I've recently been approached by a group called "TEAM", that spun off of "Quixtar" (sp), who spun off of Amway. I've gone to a few of the Ra Ra pep rallies that they've become famous for and somehow was persuaded to sign up. Later wondering what I signed up for. I like the idea of creating a second income, but not crazy about the cult like philosophy you need to employee to be successful at it. Just looking for people with experience with this and just general thoughts.
Is multi level marketing and direct sales a good or bad business model and why? An intresting comparrison, Why is it socially acceptable to play the loto, gamble in vegas, persue careers in entertainment, music and pro sports where hundreds of thousands of people put thier hopes and dreams on the line yet only a small handfull of these people walk away successfull and wealthy and trust me these industries do market excitement, hopes and dreams. Also why is it so offensive if someone belongs to a legit MLM company that offers a level playing field and has a shot at building a business and achieveing freedom based on effort?
MLM ?What Multi Level Marketing have helped your Business grow ? I have worked and have been working for many MLM companies and find that there is a patern that always seems to hapen to me ? Herbal Life, ACN, Xango and they are all built around the same marketing strategies. Do you maybe have some tips or ideas for me in regards to gaining more knowledge in the field or perhaps a book you can sugest or perhaps some lead source you may have had succes with? Maybe you would like to share your ideas? My question was suppoesed to go something like this? What thechnices have helped your MLM grow
Why is multi level marketing so offensive to people? I work for a legit company that has an aspect of MLM, I recruit others to help them and my self build a business. Why are people so offended when offered an opportunity to win in business and working to retire nearly broke as millions of americans are is co acceptable. Why are people so put off by an atmosphere of excitment of people that have a shot at financial freedom and so willing to go to work monday morning and when asked how they are doing they reply "Just hangin in there" or " Yup another monday". Are we such a nation of zombie employees that we think anything out side of 4 walls and a time clock is a scam? Also somthing intresting, the majority of wealthy people are not employees at a job they own a business or a business system that lets their efforts compound and duplicate.
Is Zrii, a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) business, a good, legitimate way to make good money quickly? I wanted to know what people thought about the Zrii Multi Level Marketing (MLM) business? To me it looks like another form of a pyramid scheme & it originated from other MLMs such as Isagenic and Mona Vie. I wanted to see what people thought about Zrii as well as Isagenic and Mona Vie. These MLMs market health juices and shakes. Are these MLMs any different than other MLMs? Most MLMs I have knowledge of require you to put money into the product with promises that you will make tons of money in the long run if you just stick to the plan, and for some it works out but for the majority of people they end up losing money in the long run, not to mention all the time and effort they put into the product. Even though they might make some money early on, I have a feeling that companies give incentive money to newcomers for signing up or getting a few people to join to make it seem like a legitimate money making opportunity. So is Zrii, Isagenic or Mona Vie any different than other MLMs?
Why Multi Level Marketing? Just anyone i know who's joined MLM never became rich off of it. Infact most, if not all didn't even see their investment returned 100%. You and I have also been victims at one point of time, and we now hate anyone persuading us to join their network of users where they eventually want you sell their products or services. After our disappointments (and I dont think existing MLM companies have good retention rate of members) why would new companies still opt to market their products this way? has anyone ever been successful at it?
Are there any sites that give prompts on how to deal with aggresive MLM recruiters? I'm dealing with a recruiter for a MLM (multi-level marketing) company that I'm not interested in. I want to tell them I'm not interested but I'm looking for a site that has questions that they're going to ask me and responses to those questions. My main reasons for not going into this: 1. I have a good job and am able to support a family of 8 on my income alone. 2. I don't believe that anyone can make money but sitting around their house all day long as your Region Vice President claims. 3. Why do none of your people seem to have a college, much less high-school, education? 4. Why do you seem more interested in recruiting people than selling a product? I would like to know how they're likely to reply to those questions and how I should counter. I can just say, "No, I'm not interested and keep saying it until they give up, but I want to give a good reason too."
Multi-Level Marketing Business Plan? I am interested in structuring a company for MLM/downlines. I DO NOT want answers relating to ANY business opportunity. I am NOT trying to sell Amway or Mary Kay or anyone else's products or services, including YOURS. What I AM interested in is taking a business TOWARD a MLM model. Can anyone suggest any MLM business planning software or guides? Again, I don't want someone telling me how to be the best person that is in the chain. I am looking to structure a company so that I can PUT people in the chain. All appropriate guidance is appreciated.
Articles and sites for forgiveness, moving on and letting go of hate.? I monitor a site for people that have left a multi-level marketing company. Our members have been burnt out financialy, emotionaly and psychologicly. This organization leads people to believe that it is all their fault. They often wise up only after a bitter lesson. Anyway, I would like to post some articles on these topics. Why reinvent the wheel when someone could have said what I want to say better than I can? I like to have links to what people wrote so that I can help people move on. Thank you in advance.
multi level marketing case- help? well recently i joined an mlm company, they said i dont have to invest any money, and its a legit company. It is legit. but the thing is, after my training they told me to recommend the product to my parents( try to sell to them and my relatives) so I can promote and chalk up points. Is that even ethical?

Is it possible to be a hard-core salesperson and be a good human being at the same time? Normally hardcore salespeople are always on the lookout for their victims. They don’t even spare their friends and relatives. I am talking mainly about Multi-level marketing (MLM) companies like Amway etc. Don’t you think it would be better to make money by driving a taxi rather than pressurizing your friends to get involved in these kinds of schemes? Should a person who has some integrity involve in these MLM jobs?
Has anyone ever heared of Quixtar or Amway? What is your oppinion of it? I've been approached by a representative of this company with a job offer. Their buisiness model is somewhat unconventional (not that I have a problem with unconventional). They use what is called "multi-level marketing". I know enough about this buisiness model to know that some multi-level marketing companies are little more than pyramid schemes. However, I also know that not all multi-level marketing companies are pyramid schemes, and Amway was investigaved for it and cleared of it already by the FTC clear back in 1979. Here, almost 3 decades later, their buisiness is still alive and kicking, which is a good sign. I know they are a legitamate buisiness, and their buisiness model is legal. But I do want to know if they are a good opportunity or not. Has anyone out there had experience with them? Was it good or bad? And what exactly did you do for them? Any info, positive or negative, is welcome. Thanks, and God bless! In case you didn't figure it out, Quixtar and Amway are pretty much the same company. Amway was the predecessor company of Quixtar, but is still around. They are both owned and controlled by a company called Alticor, which also controlls the Access Buisiness Group. Thanks for the answers so far! Let me add this request: Does anyone have any company stats, history, etc; that they could refer me to? What about statistics concerning what people working with/for them have made? How many people have succeeded and how many haven't? Numbers are yummy, especially when they are easy to digest :D
Do you make enough money? I'm from the US and just joined one of the fastest growing multi-level marketing companies in History. It just became available in the UK. Be the first one to bring it to your country! view www.profitwithfortune.com and e-mail me to get you started it is truly unbelievable. tony.zelinko@yahoo.co.uk
Any thoughts on the cult mentality? Whether it's a religious cult, or just a cult calling itself a "club", people are joining these things because they feel there's strength in numbers. But what they don't realize is by joining one, they give up all of their individuality for the sake of pleasing the group. And then, when they finally realize it and try to leave, they get to see a darker side to the people they thought would be there for them. Here's a few examples from MY life(because no one's immune): -A friend of mine works for one of those multi-level marketing companies and he tried to recruit me. But when I researched the company and found out it was a scam, he got mad and now we don't talk anymore. -When I left my church at 16, all of my "best friends" and even the Youth Pastor started spreading rumors that I left because I did drugs/got pregnant/(insert crime here). I went there since I was 7! And all I had said was that I wanted some time to think about my beliefs alone. And needless to say I'll never go back
where can get mlm geneology software? i have planned to start a business with direct marketing system.i wanted to know where can i get the geneology software ( something like which is used in multi level marketing companies ) as per my specifications.
Is there a connection between MLM and Mormons? Is it true the population of Mormon businessmen and multi-level marketing companies have great overlap? If so, is there a reason why? I asked because I've personally known only about 5 Mormons, all have "a business" in it. here's a page that talks about it http://www.mlm-thetruth.com/LDSwarnings.htm
What is this movie called?? It came out in the last two years and is a spoof on multi-level marketing companies. The one exchange I remember from the online preview is: Husband: My upline says you have to be behind me. Wife: Aww, screw your upline!! Husband: Take that back!!!!! This whole dialog was pure schtick
