What is better for MLM training: Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard or Renegade Network Marketer by Ann Sieg. Looking to find some stuff to read that is generic enough to apply to my business. Being that I can only market to Texas and that I can't spam or use generic websites to funnel into my website makes it harder to advertise. Having strict advertising rules, I am looking for other ways find people who are looking for my business at Ignite.

Which MLM or Network Marketing company has the best training program? I'm not looking to make a lot of money doing Network Marketing. I'm looking to improve my networking and sales techniques. Any thoughts on Network Marketing programs that could help me in that way?

Is there anybody out there that makes $1000 per month or more in MLM(after purchasing training products)? I am interested to know. I have friends that have tried MLM, but most of them quit. Does anyone know of any LEGITIMATE careers (besides sales or any type of MLM) where I could work from home? I've been working as a recruiter for a while, and although it's fincially rewarding, I'm tired of the office "grind" and I don't want to be in telephone sales or sales of any kind including any type of pyramid or MLM situation because I'm burned out. I would like to learn a skill and have a legitimate career (such as desktop publishing, art, fitness and personal training, etc). that doesn't take years and years to learn. Is it illegal for a company or organization to call themselves a University? If in fact they are not a University and are not accredited? I am researching a company that is the "Training Company" for a MLM corporation. This particular training company calls itself a university, but there is noaccreditationn for it, and it is not listed for the Council of Higher Education. Can someone please tell me if this is illegal or not? They are operating in the State of Illinois, and some persons are listing this as their "education" on their resumes. Thank you.

Anyone heard about LFI Group with its MLM strategy? Selling a dream.. sounds familiar? MLM's make 90% of their money through turn-over. Constantly repeating a cycle of recruiting, training, selling and quitting. Most people will join, sell what they can to friends and family, then quit. It's only an opportunity for those willing to recruit and train. Problem is, once you realize you are selling overpriced crap to your friends and family, most people won't be able to recruit anyone if they don't believe in the product they are selling. Bottom line, MLM's are tough for most people to make any real money at, unless you stick through it long enough to recruit lots of people below you, where you make money on their sales. And of course no one wants to show you their books or really look at hard figures, because it's all pie in the sky. Seen it too many times... Oh yeah... The core business is Wellness Sanctuary locate at Marine Parade Central they have extensive product range with Nice Ambassodors. MLM same feeling regardless! What do you all think ? For eg. If one gets 6000 PV, their commision wld be 8%, depending on their rank. So it else wld be 480 dollars, but what currency? HOWEVER, guess what, LFI PAYS as a brand new MLM company, pays it own Singaporean agents in ringgits? SO effectively, local distriubtors who are working in Singapore are being rewarded and paid in Malayisian Ringgit! SMART eh. Instead of being paid 480 sing, he is paid 480 rinngit. Convert it to singh, it wld be s$201.6. LFI is a big time profit eating scam to all its agents. It sells it products in singh dollars and pay their pple in ringgits. The agent in this case, get a mere 3.2% comission. The profit margin wld be so high that the CEO of the company, whoever he is, is getting actually 96.8% of YOUR PROFITS! SO ISN'T LFI A SCAM OR WHAT?

What value do MLMers add to their company if they are not doing large personal sales? Generally in society you can tie your pay to the value you are providing. The more value you add, the higher compensation you generally get (negotiation abilities aside). Someone who is merely a sales person earning commission earns pay for the amount of product they are effectively able to move, the more they sell, the more they get paid. Someone who organizes a business, risks their own capital, and runs it successfully reaps the value of all these components in profits. A cashier who works on a low hourly wage offers their time in exchange for a job that is easily replaceable, requires little training and virtually no education, hence the low pay since the value is relatively low. In all cases the value is directly related to the compensation Now what about MLM. What possible value is there that an MLM offers if they are selling minimum amounts of product themselves? It the view that merely signing up others is valuable? If so, how sad. To fend of the expected answer comparing MLMers to sales managers earning commissions overrides from their organization, let me point out the obvious: Sales managers focus their time managing their sales staff who SELL enough value to earn an income. Signing up people and showing them how to sell things and sign others up is in NO WAY the same thing. Only in the mind of the very heavily biased MLMers trying to justify their value, which evidently doesn't exist (perhaps explaining the lack of respect the industry receives).

How many complainers have actually tried MLMs? I see so many questions from people who are of the idea that MLMs don't work or are scams or other negetive things. How many of you that complain or have something negetive to say about the industry have actually tried them and put a real effort in to getting properly trained and put in the time and effort to work it as a business?<BR> I don't understand how people can complain about something they know so little about. I make my living full time from MLM. It is a respectful business if you work it the way it was meant to work. Has anyone had any experience with this company? We are in n MLM business and are thinking of ordering a business system from Anne Sieg Consulting. The system claims that 97% of MLMers are unsuccessful because they listen to their upline and go about the business all wrong. With a multilevel marketing business, are you allowed to sell to stores? I'm seriously considering getting into a MLM company called Reliv. They make shakes that provide 100% of all your daily nutritional needs. (www.reliv.com) I just had this crazy idea of putting it in bottles (they sell it in powders) and selling it as "nutrition in a bottle"/natural energy drink to health food stores, schools, coffee shops, smoothie shops (as the powder to put in smoothies), etc. The possibilities are endless. But is it legal/okay to do that with a MLM business? That's my main question. But if I were to do this, what kind of training/knowledge/education would it require? Will my employment history show that I "quit" 2 jobs in the last month? This is weird but in the last month I have been frantically looking for a better job and going on alot of interviews. One week I found "employment" at a MLM company and ended up quiting after 3 days. The next week I was going to try to sell for gutter guardian but it was commission only and we had to train for no pay for longer than I could stay. So I had to "quit" that also after only about 4 days. I don't even feel as if I technically quit because I didn't even work long enough to get paid so I won't even need a W-2. BUT does the fact that I was technically "employed", and "quit" after a week, show up on my employment history for when my next employer runs my information???? I go to orientation for a more sensible job (that i do not and cannot plan to quit) on Monday but I have not filled out the paper work(tax papers with social security card and everything). I need to know are these past 2 jobs, and another that I was offered, going to show up as I quit or show that I was only there a week or even show up at all. The only thing that concerns me is the fact that they obviously ran a background check and all that on me to let me be there and is all this back to back every week activity on my background history and employment history going to put a hold on it or be negative or even show up!?!?! Someone please help me-i called the SSA and IRS and they didn't understand and didn't know what to tell me! I know they will not personally know but I am asking will it show up when they have to do my paper work and stuff. is there a limit on the amount of times background checks and stuff can be done around the same time??

multi level marketing case- help? well recently i joined an mlm company, they said i dont have to invest any money, and its a legit company. It is legit. but the thing is, after my training they told me to recommend the product to my parents( try to sell to them and my relatives) so I can promote and chalk up points. Is that even ethical?
